Premium Staging Services Overview
VRL Premium Staging Service ensures that every device arrives fully prepared, tested, and configured with a white glove experience— so the user can focus on experiencing immersive experiences instead of setup and troubleshooting. When the headsets arrive, they’re ready to power on and dive in — no extra steps required.
With a Premium staging service, the set up and installation is carried out with a tailored staging service, this may include a range of bespoke accessories and documentation added to the packaging. The device is sometimes already purchased. Bespoke packaging and time management is required.
The idea is to remove the technical friction of setting up devices — hardware, software, user configuration — so that end-users (employees, trainees, students) get a seamless, “plug‑and‑play” XR experience. This staging service is carried out by their “immersive specialists” who are experienced in XR deployments.
Key Benefits are:
Save Time: Skip the manual setup and get straight to use.
Faster Time to Value: From pilot to production in hours days/weeks, not months and we get it right the first time.
Reduce Risk & Stay consistent: Avoid DOA surprises or configuration errors. Every headset is prepared to the same high standard.
Scalable Foundations: Whether you’re launching a small pilot or scaling to hundreds of devices, our process scales to your needs.
For a white glove experience or a tailored set up where additional accessories and or packaging is required, please view the premium or tailored staging options.
Pre‑Configuration of Headsets: Devices are set up with required XR applications, Wi-Fi credentials, and necessary configuration before deployment, reducing setup time when handed to users.
Software Installation & Testing: Installing XR content (apps, 360 videos, training modules) and testing to ensure they run correctly on each device.
User Profile Setup: Creating user accounts or profiles, configuring permissions, and possibly enrolling devices into management platforms.
Kiosk / Autolaunch Modes: Setting headsets to launch specific apps automatically, or restricting user access to only certain content (if needed).
Quality Checks & Verification: Verifying device health (battery, firmware), ensuring apps are installed correctly, and validating that everything is working as expected.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinating the physical distribution of headsets, ensuring devices are shipped, staged, and delivered to the right locations.
Support Handoff: After staging, a handover to the client or to their “Manage & Support” team, with documentation or training for on-site IT / operations.
Bespoke Packaging: To include tailored accessories, inventory or asset tagging if needed and clean organised packaging with secure and traceable shipping.
